Nickelback Profile
Nickelback is a Canadian rock band, currently consisting of Chad Kroeger on lead vocals and lead/rhythm guitar, Ryan Peake on lead/rhythm guitar, Mike Kroeger on bass guitar and Daniel Adair on drums (formerly Brandon Kroeger/Ryan Vikedal).
Nickelback released two albums in 1996 and 2000 before scoring mainstream success with their 2001 album Silver Side Up. The lead single How You Remind Me was a phenomenal success, reaching number one in the US and Canada and becoming American radio’s most-played song of the decade, and was followed by two more hit singles: Too Bad and Never Again.
Since then the group have released three albums – The Long Road, All the Right Reasons and Dark Horse – and scored the US Top 10 singles Someday, Photograph, Far Away, Rockstar and Gotta Be Somebody, as well as the Top 20 hits Savin’ Me, If Everyone Cared and If Today Was Your Last Day.
