Jason Mraz Profile
Jason Mraz is an American indie/pop rock singer-songwriter and musician.
His debut album Waiting for My Rocket to Come was released in 2002 and produced one Top 20 hit - The Remedy (I Won’t Worry) - as well as the singles Curbside Prophet and You and I Both. This was followed by his second album Mr. A-Z, which debuted at number five on the Billboard 200 and produced the hit singles Wordplay and Geek in the Pink.
However, it was 2008’s We Sing. We Dance. We Steal Things. that brought Mraz mainstream fame. It reached number three in the US and produced the lead single I’m Yours - Mraz’s first US Top 10 and recipient of two 2009 Grammy Award nominations – as well as the follow up singles Make It Mine and Lucky (ft. Colbie Caillat).
Mraz began recording material for his fourth studio album in December 2009.
